Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model for competition and sponsored athlete. After quitting her gymnastics career, she began to compete in fitness contests at the age of was 16 years old. The Pro Card was only awarded one year later, when she was 17 years of age. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model for competition and an athlete sponsored by IFBB. She started to compete at fitness competitions after quitting her childhood career in gymnastics. In the year 17 years old, she earned her Professional Card one year later. This made her the most youthful IFBB Pro in history. Ariel quit the stage after six years to complete college. Her return to competition in 2015 continued her previous efforts, wherein she participated in events of the highest level like Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. She competed for several years after her debut show setting higher expectations for herself each year. In 2009 she was the winner of the titles of four other fitness contests. Including the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She became one of the oldest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel took 6 years to earn her bachelor's degree, following her Pro Card award. In October 2015 Ariel made her return by presenting her IFBB Fitness Pro debut in the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. In the show, she finished at third. Summer of 2016, she took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. As a result, she qualified for Fitness Olympia. After three months of training, she competed onstage at the Olympia in which she won sixth place in the Fitness Division. Ariel stated that she'd never had expectations before and was very happy with her performance. There is no doubt that Ariel was able to place well, considering that she competed with top-of-the-line athletes. Ariel has improved her physique every year. Ariel enjoys working out on her lower back. She usually does bent over rows, single-arm lats pull-downs (on machines) as well as pull-ups, and sitting rowing. Her usual routine is to warm up and then proceeds on to the working sets. Ariel makes the best use of her time. Ariel accomplishes this by setting all of the back exercises she does, doing three or four supersets of 10-12 repetitions. The routine she follows is type of workout twice per week one day being light weight day and another heavier weight day.
